Who we are
URANZL is operated by HEYANGXINGYUESHANGMAOKEJIYOUXIANGONGSI (合阳兴悦商贸科技有限公司). This policy explains how we handle information related to this website and our private internal business systems.
Website information
This informational website does not offer user accounts, online purchasing, or contact forms. If you email us, we use your message and address only to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information, such as IP address and request metadata, for secure and reliable delivery.
Selling Partner API
Our private internal application uses limited catalog, listing, report, product and keyword information from the Amazon Selling Partner API for our own product research and marketplace operations. We do not use the application to obtain or process buyer names, addresses, payment information, buyer communications or other restricted personal information.
Amazon Ads API
Our private internal application may use the Amazon Ads API for advertising accounts that we own or are expressly authorized to manage. Data may include advertising profiles, campaigns, ad groups, targeting, keywords, search terms, budgets, placements, impressions, clicks, costs, attributed orders and attributed sales. We use this information solely for internal reporting, campaign management, performance analysis and optimization.
Authorization
Amazon account authorization is obtained through Amazon's OAuth process. Access and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials, used only for authorized API requests and never intentionally exposed in public pages or application logs. Authorization can be revoked through the applicable Amazon account controls or by contacting us.
Use and sharing
API information is used only for URANZL's internal business operations. We do not sell it, offer it as a data service, use it to manage unauthorized accounts, or share it with independent third parties for their own advertising or commercial purposes. Service providers may process limited information only as necessary to host, secure, maintain or back up our systems and are subject to appropriate controls.
Security
We apply least-privilege access, protected credential storage, access controls, network safeguards, operational logging and backups. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. We review access and remove credentials that are no longer required.
Retention and deletion
Advertising and marketplace information is retained only as necessary for its stated internal purpose and normally for no longer than 24 months, unless a shorter platform requirement or a legal obligation applies. OAuth credentials are deleted or disabled when authorization is revoked or no longer required. Related data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to limited security, backup and legal retention requirements.
